Mel is an award-winning tech entrepreneur and business leader, with 20+ years’ experience working in the screen and digital sectors.

Previous to joining Creative Access, Mel enjoyed working in TV across a range of network productions and leadership roles, including Founder/CEO at Gritty Talent and Creative Diversity Lead at Channel 4.

Mel is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, and believes that smart technology - when designed with care - could be the key to creating more equitable and accessible opportunities in the creative sector.
