Robyn is a stage, screen and immersive director based as Development Researcher at the Hat Trick Lab. Her 10-year background in theatre saw her working for the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre Studio and on live cinema productions in Hamburg and Berlin. In 2021, Robyn pivoted her own company, Liminal Stage Productions, into cross-industry XR work involving virtual production, cross-media IP universes, spatial entertainment and digital humans, and was awarded a ‘Transform’ Fellowship by the Clore Leadership Programme. At Hat Trick, she specialises in the development of spectacle universes, applications of emerging technologies such as genAI, and cross-industry partnerships.
